“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world”

From studying the legal system in which we live and the opinions of people living in such a legal eco-system I have decided to use my blog as a forum to take those opinions on board and to write about the matters affecting us as a society today. I will write about legal issues that might not be spoken about publicly so that you all know how they affect you and I will give you all a forum on which you can discuss how you feel and what could be done differently. I really feel that this could be a great thing so please try to get involved. Your opinions really do matter!

“Do not fear to be eccentric in opinion, for every opinion now accepted was once eccentric.” Bertrand Russel

I started this blog in the very beginning to write about mindfulness, appreciation and understanding. However, I have decided to open up a new realm of discussion about our legal system and perhaps become a voice for the younger generation when it comes to the matters we should all be aware of and how they affect us.
If you have an interest in such matters please read on, if not, hopefully I can entice some interest in you as these matters are very important to us as citizens as they can dictate how our futures will be governed.
Collectivism is any philosophic, political, religious, economic, or social outlook that emphasizes the interdependence of every human being. Collectivism is a basic cultural element that exists as the reverse of individualism in human nature, and in some cases stresses the priority of group goals over individual goals and the importance of cohesion within social groups. Collectivists usually focus on community, society, or nation. It is used and has been used as an element in many different and diverse types of government and political, economic and educational philosophies throughout history and all human societies in practice contain elements of both individualism and collectivism.
Only through collectivism can we achieve the goals that matter to all of us. Individualism can not work in areas where a collective effort is required.
